The aerial imagery captured by sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft Systems = Drones) is less costly to acquire than traditional images taken from airplanes or helicopters. These remote Drone aircraft will allow the pilot/photographer to “fly-in” closer to the properties to film more creatively and in greater detail.
Until fairly recently, sUAS aircraft (Drones) developed a negative feeling in the public sector because the Drone technology had military origins for surveillance and weapons delivery. Eventually, the public & business arena realized the benefits of using Drone aircraft for a wide array of beneficial uses … such as capturing great aerials for Real Estate Marketing.
